1. Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
2. Returns and Exchanges: Given the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or not as specified in your order.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a full refund.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Limitations: Our refund policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
