Tesakeys OÜ Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period: Tesakeys OÜ provides a 24-month warranty on all products, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Coverage: This warranty covers the following:

  • Defects in the material or workmanship of the product.

  • Functionality issues that are a direct result of a manufacturing defect.

  • Faulty components or hardware.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Damage caused by external factors like power surges, natural disasters, etc.

4. Claim Process:

  • To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  • Once the claim is validated, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty service.

5. Remedies:

  • If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or offer a partial or full refund.

  • Replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty of the original product.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back for warranty service. Tesakeys OÜ will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability: Tesakeys OÜ's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. No Other Warranties: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied.

9. Governing Law: This warranty policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

10. Changes to the Warranty Policy: Tesakeys OÜ reserves the right to change this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
